SCFHS classification · filing opens soon

Mumaris+ Registration

Professional classification and registration on the Mumaris+ portal of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, where your rank and your Saudi licence are actually issued. We prepare the file, file it in your own account, and settle the SCFHS fees for you.

⏱

We cannot open the file from this site yet

ABC Assessment is still completing its registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, so the Mumaris+ file cannot be started here today. The service itself has not changed: the documents, the steps and the SCFHS fees listed on this page are exactly what will apply the moment filing opens.

What to do now: start the DataFlow pre-assessment. SCFHS grants the classification only after a positive DataFlow report is on file, so that document has to exist first, and it is the part that is open today. Write to [email protected] and we will queue you for the Mumaris+ file and tell you the day filing opens.

What Mumaris+ is

Two different things happen in Saudi Arabia, in this order: your credentials are verified, and then you are classified and registered. DataFlow does the first. Mumaris+ is where the second one happens.

The portal

  • ▸ SCFHS runs Mumaris+ at scfhs.org.sa. Professional classification and registration are issued there, not by the verification agency.
  • ▸ Your account sits in your own name. We never open an account in our name, and you always keep the login.
  • ▸ We read your documents, you confirm every value, and nothing in a document is ever altered.

The rank

  • ▸ Technician — diploma.
  • ▸ Specialist — bachelor degree with an internship year, or one year of experience.
  • ▸ Senior Specialist and Consultant — the higher ranks SCFHS awards on the verified record.
  • ▸ SCFHS decides the rank after reviewing the file, and the decision is valid for one year from the date it is issued.

The process, step by step

Seven steps from the verification report to the issued registration. Steps 2 to 7 are the Mumaris+ file; step 1 is the one you can start today.

  1. Get your DataFlow report Primary source verification of your credentials, with our pre-assessment of the documents before they are submitted. SCFHS will not decide a rank without a positive report. Start the DataFlow pre-assessment →
  2. Your Mumaris+ account is opened in your own name At scfhs.org.sa, under Professional Classification. If you are already registered, or an application is already open, we continue that file instead of starting a second one.
  3. Your classification is declared Profession category, qualification level, and the rank you are applying for, with the years of clinical experience that support it.
  4. Your documents are filed Passport, qualification, academic record, registration, good standing, experience, the employer certificate, the internship certificate where it applies, equivalency where it applies, and the photo. Every extracted value is shown to you for correction before it is filed.
  5. SCFHS reviews the file Anything outstanding comes back as a correction request while the file is open, and we clear it with you. SCFHS decides the rank.
  6. The SCFHS fees are settled SCFHS takes payment only inside Saudi Arabia, by card, SADAD or Mada, and most applicants abroad do not hold a card that works there. We settle the riyal amounts through our own credit facility and charge a payment assistance fee of 5% on the riyals we settle, the same percentage for every applicant.
  7. Registration is issued The professional registration stage needs a valid Iqama, so it is normally filed once your employer has sponsored you. Your rank and your Saudi licence follow from the classified file.

Where the money goes

Two kinds of money move in this service, and they are shown as separate lines before you pay.

  • ▸ Our fee. The ABC Assessment service fee is our revenue. It covers preparing the file, reading and reviewing your documents, filing the application, and following it until the rank is issued.
  • ▸ The riyal fees. The SCFHS fees are not our revenue. They are settled to the Commission on your behalf, at cost, plus the 5% payment assistance fee for the bank charge we carry in settling them.
  • ▸ A filed application is not refunded by SCFHS, so the SCFHS fees are non-refundable once a stage has been submitted.

Documents to prepare

Have these ready before filing opens, because several of them take weeks to obtain: a Certificate of Good Standing is usually issued within the last six months, and an experience certificate has to carry the exact dates and the signatory.

  • ✓Passport data page. Non-Saudi applicants are identified by the passport, and the name must match every other document.
  • ✓Degree or Diploma certificate. The qualification to be classified.
  • ✓Academic record / Transcript of Records. Proves the length of the programme and the clinical rotations.
  • ✓Professional license or registration (PRC). Or a certificate of experience if your country has no licensing body. It has to still be valid when SCFHS reviews the file.
  • ✓Certificate of Good Standing. From the licensing authority, issued within the last 6 months.
  • ✓Experience certificate. Letterhead, signed and stamped, with job title, department and exact dates. Within the last 3 months for current employment.
  • ✓Certificate from your employer. The letter of introduction from your employer's personnel affairs department, stamped, giving your specialty, the date you started and the date of issue. A fresh graduate submits no Certificate of Employment, but SCFHS still requires this certificate from the employer.
  • ✓Internship or clinical training completion certificate. Where your qualification includes training.
  • ✓Ministry of Education equivalency. When your qualification is not in the SCFHS list.
  • ✓Passport-style photo. White background, head and shoulders, facing the camera.

What it costs

Our fee is fixed and in pesos. The SCFHS fees are set by the Commission in Saudi Riyals and are passed through at cost; the peso figure is worked out at our posted settlement rate on the day and shown on the payment page before anything is charged.
