The upload is asked of every applicant, because whether DataFlow also requests the record from your school depends on the institution and is not known in advance. A school that will not release it to you sends it to DataFlow directly.
✓Related Learning Experience (RLE). For nurses. A fresh graduate submits this in place of the Certificate of Employment.

Submit clear scanned copies: avoid shadows, fingers, bad lighting, watermarks (CamScanner and the like) and incomplete images.

Fresh Graduate (New License) verifies your passport and your degree, and no Certificate of Employment goes into this file: a fresh graduate submits the Related Learning Experience (RLE) in its place. Your professional licence is still uploaded. If you have no licence from the last country you worked in, DataFlow also asks for an endorsement letter plus the experience certificate.

ABC service fee , plus the official DataFlow fee in riyals, which we settle for you and show on the payment page.

Where your money goes

DataFlow charges its fee in Saudi Riyals (SAR). That riyal amount does not come to us. We pay it for you and settle it directly to DataFlow Group. DataFlow publishes its official prices on its own website, so you can check the figure below yourself.

DataFlow takes payment only inside Saudi Arabia (card, SADAD or Mada), and most applicants here do not hold a card that works there. So ABC Assessment settles the riyal fee using its own credit facility, and for that we charge a payment assistance fee of 5% on the riyal amount we settle. It is the same percentage for every applicant, it is shown as its own line below, and it is never a charge for the payment method you choose here at home.

Payment terms

The riyal amount is settled to DataFlow on your behalf. ABC Assessment keeps only the service fee and the payment assistance fee shown above.
The posted settlement rate is valid for 30 days. If the riyal moves beyond that, we show you the new rate before we settle anything.
We pay DataFlow only after your payment to us has cleared. We never start a submission on credit.
The DataFlow fee is refunded only to the extent DataFlow refunds it. A refund can be requested within 48 hours of payment, a cancellation within 24 hours of case submission carries a 10% administrative deduction, and no refund is due once a case closes as unable to verify.
The ABC Assessment service fee is refundable before your case is submitted and non-refundable after, because the work has been delivered.
The payment assistance fee is non-refundable once the riyal payment has been made, because the bank charge has already been incurred.
Your application always sits in your own name and in your own DataFlow account. We never open an account in our name, and we never alter the contents of your documents.
